Terms of Service

Welcome to KOMO LUX, operated by KOMO TRANSPORTATION LLC. By booking transportation through our website, phone, email, or reservation system, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Reservations

  • All reservations are subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability.

  • A reservation is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email or text from KOMO LUX.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup and contact information.

Pricing & Payment

  • Rates are based on the selected service, distance, time, and vehicle.

  • Additional charges may apply for extra stops, waiting time, tolls, parking, airport fees, or requested changes.

  • Payment may be collected before or after the trip depending on the reservation.

Cancellations

  • Airport transfers may be canceled without charge up to 24 hours before pickup.

  • Hourly reservations require at least 48 hours notice.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to the full reservation amount.

Waiting Time

  • Airport pickups include complimentary wait time based on the selected service.

  • Additional waiting time will be billed according to the applicable hourly or waiting-time rate.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Treat vehicles respectfully.

  • Wear seat belts when required.

  • Avoid illegal activity inside the vehicle.

  • Reimburse KOMO LUX for excessive cleaning or damage caused during the trip.

Limitation of Liability

KOMO LUX is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, accidents, airline delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Lost Property

Items left in a vehicle will be returned when possible. KOMO LUX is not responsible for lost or forgotten personal belongings.

Changes

KOMO LUX may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
